The whole process of arranging the beautiful Beauford for our wedding car was a dream from start to finish. The booking process was simple, and on the day the car itself was more beautiful than we imagined! Our driver was punctual, well presented and more than happy to help. Highly recommend!

We would like to save a big thanks you to your company and the driver. The drive to the venue was around a 35-40 minute journey and it was faultless.

I was so happy with my experience and the wedding car provided. The day before. I was contacted as there was an issue with the car I selected and rather than risk a breakdown, I was told I could have a completely free upgrade. The new car was beautiful and the driver was fab. He put me completely at ease and helped me relax before walking into the ceremony. Thank you!

Our wedding car made 2 trips and both trips were completed promptly. The driver was very friendly and the car was well stocked with water, mints, tissues, mirrors ect.

Start to finish the driver was organised, funny and friendly. He helped us to take the right photos outside the car. He went above and beyond. It was my sisters wedding day and Tony made her feel at ease and comfortable. When we got to the venue he knew exactly what to do and what was happening, not his first rodeo! He made us all feel calm and he was just oozing with energy. The car was so beautiful and suited the colour scheme so well. Thankyou so much Tony it was a pleasure to meet you, you are amazing.

We absolutely loved our experience from start to finish. From the moment we booked the Austin Princess, everything was so easy and straightforward. The communication was great, the booking process was simple, and we felt really confident that we’d made the right choice. On the day, the Austin Princess looked absolutely beautiful and was the perfect car for our wedding. It really did feel like such a special part of the day. Our driver was lovely — so friendly, professional and punctual, but also really relaxed and easy to talk to. He made us feel completely comfortable and looked after us so well. The journey from the church to the hall was honestly one of those little moments from the day that we’ll remember. Being driven over the moors, taking in the beautiful scenery and having that bit of quiet time together after the ceremony was just perfect. It was such a lovely way to travel to the reception and gave us a chance to take everything in. Looking back, we’re so glad we chose the Austin Princess. The whole experience was special, personal and completely stress-free, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. Gary was amazing he was early, he was professional he didn’t make me feel rushed he was friendly he was all I could f asked for and more! He made sure we had all the pictures we wanted he checked if we wanted water he was helpful and chatty!! Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again!!!

The customer service from the start was fantastic very easy and smooth service, great price. Overall really happy the driver was lovely and sent additional photos of the bride and groom in the car which wad a lovely additional touch I would highly recommend.

Well what can I say other than everything was perfect. The car arrived earlier than expected which was amazing as it gave more time for photos. The chauffeur was friendly and kind. He helped us throughout the journey and waited around whilst we took photos in different places. The car was amazing and comfortable. The service was excellent. I couldn't reccomend anyone else. Thankyou for a lovely wedding car ride. I would definitely reccomend.

We really loved this coach, very in-keeping with our aesthetic and the driver did a great job of keeping us informed before coming, and allowing a little extra time for some late guest arrivals which was very appreciated. Our journey was also down some narrow country lanes, and in the middle of nowhere so I'm very happy they could accommodate us and get us to the other side on time.
